You walk into the room with the vulpas. There are lots
of pups running around, playing, and sleeping, as well as a few adults. They
look like they came from different litters, because some are plain-furred, while
others are striped or spotted.
A young boy sits, playing with the vulpa
pups, and he looks up as you approach. "Hey." He greets you. "Do you want a
vulpa? I'd keep them all myself, but Mom won't let me." He scowls. "Anyway,
there's lots of pups here, and some of the grown-up ones need places to go
too."
You say yes, and the boy nods. "Alright, but the castle's got special
rules for keeping vulpas as pets, so listen up," And he begins to recite the
rules:
"1. Two vulpas to an aspirant. As a writer, you may take as many
as you like, but they must go to a persona.
2. There are many different
patterns to choose from. If there's a color you want that isn't here, email me,
and if you ask nicely, I may color a special one for you.
3. Don't adopt the
vulpas out yourself, and don't alter the images.
4. Put a link back to
Drockh-Tallahn Castle so others can adopt vulpas too.
6. There are no records
kept for vulpas, but I would appreciate it if you told me where they were
going.
Well, now that that's over," The boy says, "Come on and pick out
what you want." He whistles, and most of the vulpas stop playing to walk over
and check you out while you do the same to them.
